Over the past couple of months I've spent my days baking and decorating cakes, and my nights thinking up new designs and recipes. I think it's safe to say that I've found my niche. :-)

A Day on the Slopes

This was for my brother's 16th birthday. He's an avid snowboarder, and I thought it would be fun to make a delicious chocolate cake, his fav, and take advantage of the chance to tease him a little. That's what sisters are for! ;-)

A Beautiful Beach Wedding

Two good friends of mine were recently married on the beach and I was honored to make a cake for their reception. It was my first wedding cake and everyone loved it! Yay!! It was a delicious carrot cake with cream cheese frosting....YUM! I also made the seashells out of white chocolate!
Adam drew their initials in the sand. A very cute touch. ;-)

This was for my cousin's bachelorette party. I think this I've gotten a little decorating bug. :-)
